‘Ancient Wisdom for Modern Living’ was Wellness Curated's inaugural conference, hosted at the Nehru Centre in Mayfair on 10 October 2024. Panels on Vedanta, Ayurveda, Yoga and Astrology explored how these time-honoured traditions can be applied to modern life, closing with an Ayurvedic food tasting.

About the evening

An invite-only gathering hosted by Anshu Bahanda and celebrated in the UK press as a celebration of South Asian heritage and female leadership in wellness. The panel featured Brahmacharini Shripriya Ji, Dr. Vara Lakshmi, Dr. Deepa Apte, Anjum Anand, Sakshi Chhabra Mittal and Sneh Joshi.
