The No Sugar Challenge

Sugar is the habit almost everyone I talk to wants to break, and the one that hangs on hardest. It hides in the sauces, the breads, the drinks we do not think twice about, and it shapes far more than our weight; our energy, our sleep, our mood, our skin, the steadiness of our attention. So for twenty-one days, from the 1st to the 21st of October, we are doing a no-sugar challenge. Together. Not as punishment, and not as a diet; simply as an experiment in paying attention. Three weeks is long enough for the cravings to quieten and for you to notice what changes underneath. Along the way we will share practical swaps, what to look for on a label, and what to do at six in the evening when the craving arrives on schedule. No prior experience is needed, and nobody is keeping score. Come as you are, and see what three weeks of noticing does. With love and light, Anshu Bahanda
How it works
Twenty-one days, from the 1st to the 21st of October. Daily prompts and simple swaps shared through the community, so you are never doing it alone. If you slip, you begin again the next morning. No guilt.

“The challenge really helped me focus on quitting once and for all!”
“The Wellness Challenge - going sugar free, cold turkey is a well required push in the direction of detoxification. What is the point of spas and resorts in the hills and valleys if we cannot take control in our own home - that's where we stay! Honestly, if one is in their home environment, it is easily doable especially if fruit is on our menu - I've been having one fig, one date now and then, some honey.”
“Have to be honest, I was so addicted, I still miss the sweet stuff… but carrying on with small changes where possible! Baby steps. For me it's hard for a combination of reasons! At tea time around 4pm it's hard to resist a sweet treat with tea as I had made a habit of this! There is also an element of emotional eating… having a hard day.. a sweet treat will make it better.”
